1.Basic Philosophy

Since its establishment, Planning VIE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our Company”) has been providing a variety of services based on design.In providing these services, we are entrusted with important information assets from our customers.We take appropriate security measures to protect our customers’ important assets entrusted to us through our business operations from loss, theft, leakage, tampering, and unauthorized use, not to mention physical and technical security enhancements,We will make company-wide efforts to ensure that our employees have a high awareness of information security and act in a manner that respects information security.
In order to live up to the trust of society and our customers, we have established the following “Basic Policy on Information Security” and declare our commitment to creativity with further originality and passion.

2.Information Security Basic Policy

  1. We will establish an Information Security Committee to take optimal security measures and promote security activities.
  2. Directors and employees shall act in accordance with the Company’s security rules and endeavor to prevent the occurrence of accidents involving information assets, and if an accident should occur, shall promptly take appropriate measures, including measures to prevent recurrence.
  3. Conduct information security awareness and education activities.
  4. We will periodically review the ISMS Basic Policy in response to changes in business content, organizational changes, technological changes, etc., to continuously improve our information security system.
  5. We will fulfill our responsibilities as management and support the implementation of the ISMS Policy.

Personal Information Protection Policy

Planning VIE Co., Ltd. recognizes that it is our social responsibility to protect the personal information entrusted to us by our customers, and we declare that all of our employees will work on the following items.In order to live up to the trust of society and our customers, we have established the following “Personal Information Protection Policy” and declare our commitment to creativity with further originality and passion.

  1. We collect personal information only for clearly stated purposes and only within the scope of those purposes. We will use personal information only to the extent that it does not deviate from the purpose for which it was collected.
  2. We will strictly manage personal information and will not disclose or provide data to third parties unless we have your consent to do so.However, this shall not apply in any of the following cases ,

    1. When the user’s consent has been obtained
    2. When we provide information such as address, name, telephone number, etc. to a courier company, etc. for the shipment or delivery of products.
    3. When providing some information to our contracted consulting firms or research firms for research purposes.
    4. When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent.
    5. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and When there is a risk that obtaining the consent of the user may interfere with the performance of the relevant duties.

  3. We will take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
